Bananas contain a high quantity of potassium and help a great deal in keeping the
digestive system healthy. Bananas also prevent constipation so it is a great food for
babies. This recipe is a great one to serve the babies for their breakfasts.
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
•Ripe banana- 1
•Butter or coconut oil for frying
Mash the banana.
In a bowl beat the egg. Now add in the banana and mix well or add in the blender
and blend both ingredients well.
Heat butter or coconut oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
Add one tablespoon of the batter on to the fry pan and fry until they turn golden
brown on each side.
Once done serve with maple syrup, apple syrup, strawberry jam or topping of your
