Preparation time: 30 minutes.
•Homemade vegetable stock- 3/4th cup
•Ripe peeled avocado- 1
•Milk- 1/4th cup
•Chopped coriander- little bit
In a saucepan add the vegetable stock and heat.
Add in the ripe peeled avocado.
Now mix in the milk and stir.
Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped coriander.
Cool it slightly before serving to your baby.
