
Apples are great for our immune system in the sense that they help the body to
fight against various types of cancers.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Serves: 1.
Ingredients:
•Prepared couscous- 2 tablespoons
•Natural or homemade yoghurt-1 tablespoons
•Apple sauce- 1 tablespoon
•Nutmeg- a pinch
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the couscous and the apple sauce.
Add in the yoghurt.
For extra taste you can add the nutmeg as per your choice.
Mix and then serve to the baby.
