Ingredients:
•Avocado- 1
•Tomato juice- ½ cup
•Chopped coriander- 1 tablespoon
•Ground cumin- a pinch
Directions:
Mash the avocado.
In a bowl add the avocado, tomato juice, coriander, and ground cumin and mix.
Blend or puree all the ingredients.
This can be served as a dip with fish fillets or chicken strips or serve with brown
rice.
